Lifestyles and Remedies is a small family run business run by myself (Sonia Jones) and  my husband Duncan Jones with some not so helpfull help from our kid. (our youngest likes to try and repack everything lol)

Though we only have a small range at the monment we are looking to expand as the business grows so please feel free to ask if we don't stock what you want.
